Terms & Conditions

1. The franchise fee is non-refundable once the center is approved and login credentials are issued.

2. The franchisee agrees to use the CPTC name, logo, and study material strictly as authorized, and only for the approved location/level.

3. Course fees charged to students must remain within the range prescribed by CPTC from time to time.

4. The franchisee is responsible for maintaining minimum infrastructure (computers, seating, internet) suitable for the courses offered.

5. All certificates will be issued by CPTC head office only, based on results/attendance submitted by the franchisee.

6. CPTC reserves the right to inspect the center and suspend/revoke the franchise for misuse of brand, fraud, or non-compliance.

7. Marketing material provided by CPTC must not be altered without written permission.

8. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship between CPTC and the franchisee.

9. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Basti, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Submitting this form and completing payment constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
