अगर आप UP में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, तो आपने CCC और O Level — इन दोनों कोर्स के नाम जरूर सुने होंगे। दोनों कोर्स NIELit (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology) द्वारा कराए जाते हैं और दोनों सरकारी नौकरी में मान्य हैं। लेकिन दोनों में बड़ा अंतर है। इस article में हम आसान भाषा में समझेंगे कि आपके लिए कौन सा कोर्स सही रहेगा।
CCC क्या है?
CCC का पूरा नाम है — Course on Computer Concepts। यह एक basic computer literacy कोर्स है। इसका मकसद है कि हर व्यक्ति को computer की बुनियादी जानकारी हो — जैसे MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email और Digital Payment।
- Duration: 3 महीने (80 घंटे)
- Qualification: 10th pass (minimum)
- Exam: Online CBT — 100 questions, 90 minutes
- Fees: लगभग Rs. 2500/- (Computer Point में exam form और study material सहित)
O Level क्या है?
O Level एक diploma level कोर्स है जो CCC से काफी advance है। इसे computer का foundation diploma भी कहा जाता है। UP सरकार की कई नौकरियों में O Level को DOEACC/NIELit diploma के रूप में मान्यता मिली है। नए Revision 5 syllabus में चार modules होते हैं — M1-R5 (IT Tools), M2-R5 (Web Designing), M3-R5 (Programming with Python) और M4-R5 (Internet of Things)।

- Qualification: 12th pass (या 10th + ITI)
- Exam: हर module का अलग exam + practical

सरकारी नौकरी में कहां क्या मांगा जाता है?
CCC जरूरी है इन नौकरियों में: UP Police Computer Operator, UPSSSC के कई पद, Junior Assistant, Lekhpal (computer knowledge), Clerk और Data Entry Operator। UP की ज्यादातर group C भर्तियों में CCC certificate मांगा जाता है।
O Level का फायदा इन जगहों पर: Computer Operator (technical grade), Programmer Assistant, IT Assistant और ऐसे पद जहां computer diploma जरूरी है। कई भर्तियों में O Level वालों को CCC वालों से ज्यादा preference मिलती है क्योंकि यह diploma level है।
